My bones have felt sore for a few days now I had a full blood count 2 weeks ago and everything was relatively normal other than slightly low iron (normal for me) I've had iron infusions in the past and not bruised like this.. Does it look normal for iron on the lower side I've never experienced this before, unexplained I've not hurt myself

Low vitamin D can cause sore bones and make you more prone to bruising. Low b12 can result in bruising too.
I could bruise like that if I was holding a small child standing on my knee at one point.
Have a look on the nhs app and see exactly what bloods were checked, vitamin D isn’t a routine one so may not have been done.

Easy/unexplained bruising, sore bones, slightly low iron or Hgb?
any other symptoms (difficultly shifting infections, tiredness, loss of weight, fullness under ribs etc?). What bloods did they do? I would push to get to the bottom of it. Did you have a blood film done as well? Haematologist will likely investigate things like transferrin, clotting factors as well as other things. For similar levels of bruising I was referred to a haemotologist.
