This gives me the creeps. It reminds me of a priest in robes for some reason. If anyone puts it on the Facebook page I manage I don't approve it. Am I weird?

I’ve never seen it before, but I’m not sure why you do t like it - or why it being a priest’s heads (if it were) would make any difference anyway. Can you explain why it gives you the creeps and why you wouldn’t approve it? What are people using it for?

A priest wouldn't have stars on his clothing. This looks much more like a military uniform. Or, it almost has a poppy faux military Sergeant Pepper/Queen feel about it

It's a military thing, but I can't think where I've seen it. You can't ban something because it reminds you of a religion, you'll (rightly) get into all sorts of trouble.

I imagine that you have managing a Facebook page on your cv too. You can't ban people's posts because they use an emoji you don't like. You need to get over yourself. Or at least make it one of the bullshit page rules so you don't come across as the powers gone to your head.
