MOULD rented property

I live in a rented property and keep getting mould around the window sills in the bedroom. I clean it a lot with a mould remover spray, I have a dehumidifier in there and keep the windows open but it keeps coming back. Does any one have any suggestions please!!

Just to add the windows are very old, not sure if that makes a difference

If it’s rented, have you informed the landlord?

Ventilation and heat.

I rented a house that had a recurring mould problem under the living room window. We discovered it was because the air brick / vent had, at some point, been blocked up, so no air was flowing. We moved out before it was sorted.

Thanks. There is so much condensation. I think the windows have blown. I emailed my landlord about a week ago but no reply as of yet. The house is also quite damp downstairs to the point I can smell it in the air but I don’t know what the source of it is
