Mine for ages was everytime I got an Amazon notification that it was saying that I had a Yeti cup on the way meaning DH had ordered me one despite saying it was too expensive!
He did surprise me with one eventually but from the Yeti website. So I never did get the notification!

My lottery numbers come up! Daily fantasy

ThinWomansBrain · 15/10/2023 12:12

that I will lose 15kg by January

10kg is realistic
12kg is target
15kg would be amazing

CoodleMoodle · 15/10/2023 12:30

That my house magically declutters itself while we're sleeping.

(Or, more realistically, that I develop the motivation to actually do it properly!)

abigailsnan · 15/10/2023 12:33

That I get the courage to book a holiday (1st since losing OH 4yrs ago) on my own .

thenewaveragebear1983 · 15/10/2023 12:34

Oh I just dream of going round my house and just doing every single little job that needs doing. Wallpaper re-fixed, skirting boards cleaned, places where the paint is peeling, 2 new lightbulbs in my kitchen, a curtain rail put up…. Realistically if I had a week off work I could do 90% of them, but y’know….. life! And a thorough clean by some sort of wizard so that it actually stays clean.

SisterMichaelsHabit · 15/10/2023 12:35

Owning a house without having to uproot us all (London) and rip the kids away from everything.

Thmssngvwlsrnd · 15/10/2023 12:35

That a magic elf will come along and do all my planning this afternoon, while I sit with a cup of tea and read my book.

AmyJohnsonsplane · 15/10/2023 12:37

I win the big prize with premium bonds next month..I think this every month

Caffeineislife · 15/10/2023 12:37

That the animals will come into the house and do all the housework like they do in snow white. My toddler will sleep consistently through the night and maybe even lay in at the weekend. It would be nice to win the lottery (which I don't play) too.

KeeefBurtain · 15/10/2023 12:37

That the kids will bring the plates and cups down from their rooms and wash them up

fearfuloffluff · 15/10/2023 12:40

That I live in a minimalistic cabin by the sea with a small black dog and we go walking every day.

I have done this recently- DH was the holiday organiser - I used to call him the travel agent!
It worked out ok but I kept second guessing what he would have done!
Good Luck!

Hahaha, the ads spoke my mind. A travelodge ad popped up underneath your original post. So yeah, a night on my own in a traveloadge, just reading a book and having a bath in peace. Lol
