well i would ask dh to use train if it means ds would be at a better kindergarton

what does dh say about it would he be willing

hotCheeseBurns · 07/03/2008 18:46

I'd probably go for the one with the best Ofsted report.

VictorianSqualor · 07/03/2008 18:46

Go to the one dh will have to get a train to.
To send our DD to the school we love rather than the one close by with a free bus from the end of our street and a terrible ofsted report DP leaves the house an hour earlier than he would have to to drop her at our childminders, I then leave the house at 2pm to get a bus to town, and a bus from town to the school, collect her then get a bus from the school to town and back to our village.
It's worth it to know she is in the best place, plus is only temporary until I can drive, I assume the same would be for you until you could get a car?

hi

Ta for replying

dh would use the train
we would then have to pay out for this to use a free kindergarten

and would probabaly swop our car for a much smaller one

am also worried over some behaviour in ds

Moneywise as well, atm it's costing us nearly £200 a month which we could do without spending but it's definitely worth it.
When DP moaned about the cost his mother gently reminded me that she had paid for years of bus fare to get him to a better school across town

VictorianSqualor · 07/03/2008 18:50

If DH was using the train why would ha have the car aswell?
I'm confused.

CinderellaInCyberspace · 07/03/2008 18:51

money is a pain

would of so liked to walk
have managed a year without a car
and feel to drive to kindergarten will limit us meeting people

Why do you need to register on Monday, are you starting work? Maybe no 2 option if he is going in a different class, what do you mean by letting you down?

CinderellaInCyberspace · 07/03/2008 18:52

oh sorry

no at mo he is not using the train

to get a place we have to register on a set day,the kindergarten out of town has the best set up.

The teachers have to run a class with I think 28 children and two teachers
