What would you do about neighbour issues?

Currently trying to sell but have had to pull house off market due to neighbours property. Moving due to current home not suitable for second child who has physical health difficulties and will not be able to walk up and down to property. No direct parking and will be very difficult to manage.

property next to me is a private landlord owned had lots of difficulties with all of their tenants. Including being attacked by a dog. The last family have now gone after being issued notice however the house now has different people in day and night. Underage kids as well, I have witnessed drug selling from the property. Owner doesn’t care and has said he hopes they burn the house to the ground so he can get his money back on it.

They also don’t want it reported to police as they want to sell and each report has to be disclosed. I’m thinking I’m correct in continuing to report to police every incident. I have very young children in my home. The walls are thin so can hear everything. My work is also a registered professional that has a legal duty to protect people at risk. As much as I need to move for other reasons I have to still live here until I can add back onto Market and sell.

im right or wrong in reporting?

also anyone have any advice?

Anonymously report? It'll go on record but you can claim you knew nothing about it.
I'm in a sort of similar position. Just moved somewhere & neighbours have decided they don't like us because we asked them not to block our driveway with their car. Told me they thought I was crazy asking. Then loads of nasty messages came through on FB through one of the neighbours & they disappeared the messages by (I think) deleting their profile.

Then they got other neighbours to stop talking to us. There were other things like one of them took a business card down one of us had put up in a local shop & tried to interfere with our online business, leaving bad reviews even though we've only just started advertising- can't prove it's them but I know it is.
I doubt these people will have considered the impact on us, just over a fucking parking space.
We have logged it with police because we feel threatened but now realise by doing that it's going to look bad if we try to sell. So I understand your dilemma however I would probably report anonymously in your position.

Depends on what you want to do. If you sell you'll have to declare all these reports on your sellers pack.
