My son texted my husband yesterday to ask him to have their large active dog whilst they go on a month’s holiday back to his wife’s home in Central America. I work from home for a LA and already have a small dog who absolutely doesn’t get along with their dog and chase each-other around plus I couldn't physically walk both dogs in my lunch hour. Rather than responding with a united front of NO - my husband responded by saying I couldn’t cope with both dogs whilst at work. My son responded angrily saying he won’t do me any favours in the future, this is despite me going above and beyond to welcome his wife and try to help them out where I can and have helped out with their dog before work on a couple of occasions. I was cross with my husband for not showing a united front and he is now not talking to me and oh, this is all whilst supporting my mum as my dad has passed away. Unbelievable.
