Holiday to turkey

I need some sense knocking into me probably but I'm going to Turkey in November and its too close to Israel for my liking do you guys think its safe.

Personally, I think I will stay away from that region for now.

A family member has just flown out to Turkey yesterday. I'd go personally.

It’s about as close to Israel as it is to Ukraine. If you were happy to go before last weekend I can’t understand why you wouldn’t go now

Turkey is a big country. I wouldn’t want to be out in the east, near the Syrian border, but Istanbul and the west is generally very safe.

Turkey is huge and the holiday resort areas are absolutely nowhere near, or on any way related to anything going on in Israel/Gaza. I'm not sure why it would be in any way an issue.

I've just returned from a road trip across Turkey.

You have nothing to worry about. Firstly It's nowhere near Israel. I don't know where you are going but chances are it is to one of the resort areas on the Agean coast which is the opposite side of the country.

The holiday resorts in Turkey are near the Greek side. If you’re ok going to Greece, I don’t think a holiday in Turkey would be any riskier.

I went to Marmaris for a day trip last month and loved it, definitely recommend.
