Doctor mixup?

Hi I just had a weird phone call from my old doctors , saying I need to make an appointment to discuss my blood test results. I have not seen these doctors for 3 years as I moved 2 hours away but thought maybe the results had been sent to them accidentally, of a fairly recent blood test I have had. I asked the receptionist to speak to the doctor as I was a bit confused.
She rang me back and this time said I have to have a pap smear "within the week". I am not due for a pap smear for a year.
I am thoroughly confused.
I know they had another patient with my exact first and last names and they had muddled us up before for an appointment.

I tried to explain this to the receptionist but she said that wasn't the case as she had rung my number!
AIBU to be totally confused?
Do I ring back and try to speak to someone else ( receptionist would not let me talk to the doctor)
I am now freaked out. - 1 that I need an urgent pap smear and 2 - that this other lady needs one and doesn't know.
WTAF am I supposed to do?
I am in Australia - so all of this is free so not a cost issue , just don't really want to make an appointment and trek 2 hours to find out it wasn't even me. And am stressed out as they did do my last pap smear - 4 years ago.
And I am worried about the other lady.
What to do??
DH says to call tomorrow and try to speak to anyone other than the lady who rang me.
Other ideas?

Our previous doctor surgery did this for months after our preferred GP moved to another practice. You need to make sure no test results are being sent to the previous practice as that was part of our problem--S&N had the wrong details on file for the doctor.

I'd see your current doctor but wouldn't sweat it. It sounds like a mix up with the other patient.

What was your recent blood test for? For example if it was to test your thyroid it wouldn’t show up anything yo do with cervical smears.
Can you look at your medical records online to see results of blood test?

I don't have my medical records online. It's an opt in thing here in Australia and I didn't.
