Be kind.
Small sausage, rasher of bacon, fried egg, spoonful of baked beans, fried mushrooms and couple of handfuls of chips.
Is 1000 calories a reasonable estimate as calorie-counting atm?
Thanks

Sorry still about 1000, in the interest of this thread I had a look at the calories in a large portion of Mac Donald’s fries it’s 444 calories so I think those chips you have look equivalent, to that you can add all the other fried food and I reckon you’d easily get there
fried egg is 120
fried sausage 130
fried bacon 90
fried mushrooms 150
beans 90
so just shy of a thousand calories
add in some nice toast and condiments
and a latte (any thing between 100 and 240 cals) and you could be heading towards 1500.
sucks doesn’t it

I’m happy with 1000, just glad it isn’t more than that.

I'd estimate more around 1300/1500, especially if you consider what each item is fried in and what fat percentage sausages used

You're insane 😂😂😂
