A woman I sold a dress to, who claimed it never arrived (the courier took a photo showing it being left on her doorstep), has re-listed it a day later at over three times the price! AIBU to think Vinted shouldn't have refunded her the money without a proper investigation and should now boot her off the site? I have emailed customer support but have heard nothing. I will leave her a stinking review, but want VInted to take action first, otherwise she'll just block me. I am extraordinarily cross, so please excuse me for venting on here!
