New fridge freezer dirty inside?

Is this normal? I'm wondering if it's a return. Seems to be all sorts of dust and dirty smears inside. Please see pics 😒

Was it delivered in all it's packaging?

Yeah was all boxed up so I'm not sure......

Where is it from?

Argos. I'm sure I've read something before about them selling on returns as new.

Did it have tape holding the shelves in and plastic covering on handles etc?

On a similar theme - DDs landlord (uni house) last year told them he's got them a 'new' fridge - when it arrived she found a packet of sliced chicken that was 4 months out of date under the salad drawer!

Send it back it’s not acceptable as a new purchase.

Definitely a return, I would not accept it.

It had some but I'm not sure there was some missing.

It's annoying because this is an exchange. The first one I has delivered had a dent in the door and the water dispenser was leaking.

Brand new it has tape on the shelves and usually it smells new if you know what I mean , it looks like a return to me

I had this with an AO washing Machine. It was all packaged up, but had smears and water marks on it. I took pics and sent them to AO and they picked it up instantly and swapped for a new model!

it was definitely a return that I received the first time.
