How does your school send invoices for before and after school club?

I send my school to breakfast club and after school club. Different days each week depending on work commitments. I require invoices or receipts for universal credit. I think these should be sent as standard but I have to email every month asking for it, sometimes with quite a big delay which then delays my UC payment. Is this the norm? It's really annoying and I'm considering raising it but not sure if I'm BU.

It's all on parentpay so I could just download an invoice anytime after I've paid

Ours does everything by email. It's really annoying and definitely not making best use of available technology.

When mine were in Breakfast club, you couldn't chop and change, so you knew what days they were in.
I just sent the money in at the start of the week (or month ? - can't remember now) and never had an invoice.
I knew what I was committed to, so sent that amount. They sent a receipt. End of.

I don't get any, there is an account online but it gets credited a month or so after I pay and no idea if it would be enough for UC to be happy with the format. You could raise it, no reason why not.

I get an invoice sent by email every month. Also claim childcare costs back from UC. Huge waiting lists here though so booking in ad hoc isn't a thing

Can anyone tell me where the invoices are on parentpay? I have looked everywhere and universal credit wont accept anything im sending

Ours is on Arbor but totally chaotic and confusing. Takes months to show any payment sent from tax free childcare accounts… I’m never sure what I owe without keeping my own spreadsheet!

we send our dates a month in advance and then I get an email invoice.
