Im feeling so frustrated, I’ve had covid in the last couple of weeks, symptoms at the time weren’t awful, continued to work but tried to take it easy but the last couple of days I’ve been so tired, any energy has gone and I feel knackered, no motivation to do anything. Really worried I won’t feel normal again! Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips of how to shake it off?
