Constant comments from DH when I buy anything - AIBU?

I’m not getting on very well with DH at the moment so I could just be being over sensitive but I’m really getting fed up with his comments whenever I buy something. I am currently on maternity leave. We don’t have shared finances which I know is a MN no no but works so I’m not looking to change this. At the moment I pay for nursery (we have an older child)) and he pays for everything else. I normally work 3 days a week and he does earn a lot more than me.

For example he was going somewhere this morning which took him past MATALAN and I asked if he could go in and collect some clothes if ordered for our 3 yo. I had grunting and grumbling about it and I was a bit annoyed to be honest - it was hardly high end designer gear.

I am also back in pre pregnancy clothes and I genuinely think he’s forgotten but every time I came downstairs he’d make a comment about another new outfit. I did tell him to stop it as I was getting so fed up of it and to be fair he has but it’s making me feel I can’t buy anything new!

I don’t know it I’m being unreasonable or not really.
