Im feeling guilty having a lazy day

Got hardly any energy after having covid in the last couple of weeks, have been working but feeling absolutely shattered now. I’ve been for a bit of a walk this morning, now relaxing in the garden in the sun but I feel really frustrated not having the energy to go out and about and enjoy the lovely weather. Feel so lazy! Does anyone anyone else feel lazy having quiet weekends?

I'm in a similar position, I had a nasty cold last week and am still feeling wiped out. Yesterday I tried walking and had to taxi home so today is a sofa day despite the sunshine here. I would say I just feel tired and frustrated more than lazy. Hope you feel better for the rest.
