RePosting for traffic - i need to move soon and would love some advice
With a budget of £320k for my dream home what areas should i be looking at please? (Small budget i know but that’s my absolute max)
it’s just me - no kids but may like in future, so possibly somewhere that also has young families, forest schools etc (although i can compromise on this)
-no ties anywhere but preferably somewhere with an alternative vibe
-looking for somewhere with a strong community, friendly and welcoming
-rural but no more than 30 minutes drive to nearest town
-preferably close to mountains but doesn’t have to be
-looking at Wales and Scotland only
-2 or 3 bed detached with a very good sized garden or land
-would be happy with a smaller or less nice house if it came with a large lovely garden or land
i’ve checked rightmove and found a few places but just wondered if anyone had any suggestions as it’s a large search area!
have added a photo as a bit of an idea of the vibe i’m hoping for - i care more about the garden than the house. Having said that i’m not thick and don’t expect exactly this for my budget
