Posting for traffic sorry - teen ordered some trainers from Zalando, they didn't fit so we returned them and we have the Evri return code.
No message or money returned even though Evri code says parcel delivered. Contacted customer services and Zalando now asking my teen to send ID as proof in order to get the money back but she only has a passport and I'm worried about sending a photo of that to a dodgy company with a really bad reputation for refunding stuff! Is this normal practice and why the hell can't they just send money back to the card it was paid from? Wish she'd read the reviews before sending them any money! She's really stressing about it.
