What to do about these employees?

I've started working in a very large office where we hot desk, and sometimes next to some other new starters, a group of young women.
I think I'm biased as I find them irritating because a lot of them are very loud and giggly all day and messing around. One of them openly swears quite loudly which I think is unprofessional.
We work in immigration and today I was appalled as I heard the same woman twice mocking the names of 2 different applicants. Majority of our applications are BAME and this woman was loudly saying 'omg is that her name ' and laughing.
I was appalled, nobody seemed to pull her up on it. I just gave her a look of disgust, they shouldn't be working in immigration.
I don't know their names, who they report to and as we hot desk I don't always see them. I don't want to be a busybody or troublemaker but I just find that sort of behaviour cruel and childish. Not sure if there's much I can do if that's their attitude, just pray I never have to work with them.

The women are mainly white British working in that area, but we have some BAME employees and I just couldn't believe the sheer audacity.

Why didn't you say something yourself instead of waiting for someone else to do it?

I wasn't sitting near enough to her but she was surrounded by many others. It's not always easy unfortunately to just walk up in front of hundreds of others and openly challenge someone.

It might not be seen as professional to do so in the office either.

Because she'd probably be brought in front of HR for doing so.

Ideally one of her managers would've heard the conversation to have a private word with her about it. Perhaps they did, who knows.

It's a shame that there are people with this mentality doing this job. They're clearly very immature and not right for this role.

Honestly OP in your position I’d just get on with my own job and ignore them.
