I started this thread purely so that I could report my own post to MN Towers. I had something to say that was not for posting on a thread.

Hi @SequentialAnalyst, the OP of the thread you are referring to requested that it (their thread) be taken down as they felt it was too identifying. So we deleted it for them.

Did you read the text of my self-report of my OP? <puzzled>

It contains suggestions for how MN Towers could explain by email or somehow, how posters can presereve their anonymity, while still including enough information that the replies will be useful to them.

I know these strategies, I practise them. But I learned them by reading a lot of MN posts

And while I'm on, my PM hasn't worked since The Great Change. But I've no time to troubleshoot it.
