I was bitten by something in late July. It didn't hurt and I wasn't troubled by it. The redness area around the bite hasn't gone away and seems to be spreading. Anyone have an idea what it might be. AIBU to not bother the doctor with this

Late July?! Go and see a doctor!!

It doesn't look like a typical bullseye rash indicating Lyme disease, but it could be one as they present differently at different times, so I would get it checked out to rule out Lyme.

That’s just what my recent bout of shingles looked like, are there small blisters forming? Go and see a pharmacist tomorrow they will advice if you need to see a doctor

I agree you need to be checked for Lyme disease.
