Rash???

Hello does anyone have any idea on what this rash is? Started randomly yesterday evening woke up from my sleep with a itch on my foot but ever since I’ve been coming up in red patches which are very itchy but then seem to disappear and keep reappearing hot and itchy!
its happened all over my feet calf’s thighs and back of my arms

Take some antihistamine.

Have you eaten/drank anything new?
New shower gel/body cream/soap powder?

Hello yes I’m off to get some now, not that I’m aware of? It’s been quite sudden aswell literally overnight and now this is the second day I had to put antiseptic all over my legs to stop the itching and then put leggings on and socks to stop the itch and it’s done the job for now but it’s whenever I have my leggings off etc that I start breaking out and itching then for example starts on my thigh then a rash will come up near my knees then the same with the other leg and then my arms etc then seems to go away then flare again

I'd ask the chemist to take a look, we have one by us who is brilliant.
Literally zero medical training here but I'd guess the same as the others some kind of allergic reaction.

yeah okay I’ll see if a pharmacist can have a look, I’ve never had an allergy before and it’s so weird that it’s happened literally in my sleep! It’s driving me insane!!! My foot was itching so I put sudocrem on it and then suddenly my knees started turning red then they started to itch so I applied cream there then my thighs and calf’s started to turn red… it’s just popping up randomly!

I had a contact allergy got told to take antihistamines this has now gone!
