I wrote a post a while ago about going to Australia for 6 months. And how my friendship group had turned on me because of another girl starting drama and turning them against me. How my “best friend” showed no interest at all in me going

I’m going next week!! Im soooo excited but still haven’t heard a peep from anyone particularly my best friend. Im so hurt and I feel like crying because I have no one to say goodbye to, or has tried to say goodbye to me, before I go.

I’m really considering texting the best friend just before I go, calling her out on how hurtful her behaviour has been. Is this a terrible idea?

Yes, it's a terrible idea. It's been 6 months and they haven't contacted you. Let it go. Start your amazing new adventure!

My friend went for six months. 15 years later she's still there!
Concentrate on your new life and leave these guys behind where they belong.

I would just leave it. Don’t contact her again.
