I take a couple of Ubers every week. The payment arrangements are via my PayPal account - a changed when my previous card expired and for some reason the system wouldn’t accept my new one.
I’ve noticed today that in addition to the Uber fare, a separate transaction of £1 is taken from my account for every journey. I have no idea what this is and despite looking into it am still unclear. Is it an admin charge? Anyone else experienced this?
