... to work on addressing any personal issues that you are aware will impact on the relationship with/wellbeing of your child/ren, particularly if you suffered with an estranged or difficult relationship with your own parent/s as a result of them not doing the same?

If you think IANBU then WWYD if this was your SO and they were letting their behaviours/attitudes negatively impact on your child/ren but doing nothing about it?

To clarify I'm talking small children, <7 category who are most easily influenced by their caregivers.
