Child had intense stomach pain Sunday night. Vomited in the night. Several heaves but one episode. Absolutely fine the next day. No runs or more sickness or fever.
Tonight child feels the same. Child is with their father so I’m obviously worried. I’ll go get her if she needs me. I have a good relationship with the ex.
But what could cause this? Constipation? Do I need to be worried?
