Teenage babysitter. How much?

Never had or used a babysitter before so I don't know what the going rate is! 15 year old watching 3 kids aged 5,6 and 9 for just under 2 hours. I'm literally only going to be a 5 minutes walk away watch our eldest dcs performance. I could run home in 3 minutes in an emergency. Anyway, I was thinking £10 an hour? Plus she is free to snacks and WiFi. I know her very well and she's lively, responsible and my kids love her.

Am I offering too low as its 3 kids!

I'm hoping if it goes well she might want to do it again in a few months. We will be home just after 7pm.

That’s very fair for age 15!

I would give £20 for 2 hours. If it tips over that even slightly I’d give £25 though

Amazing. Thank you

£10 p/h is absolutely fine. My DD charged £8p/h and £9 after midnight, before she went off to uni.

My DD charges £7.50. She's 16 , has an enhanced DBs and a paediatric first aid cert.

Our babysitter from DDs old nursery charges £10/hour and she's fully qualified. Think you're generous. But it is a lot of responsibility!

My teens would have bitten your hand off. Very fair.
