Well of course I'm being unreasonable but how do I stop obsessing over someone who bullied me, I keep finding myself looking at their very public fb and being intimidated by all the things they write about me and yet I'm back again later to read more.
I've left school and I never have to see them again but I'm punishing myself every day, I just can't not look.

As you know, all you’re doing is hurting yourself. Have you thought about therapy to help you process the bullying? It could be worth a try to help you move on.

Report them to FB for personal harassment.

You should block the site on your settings or you could allocate a short time window in your day where you can look. If you miss that window, then you can't look until the next day. Hopefully as time goes on, you will be busy and will not be interested in looking.

As above. Report, block. Eventually laugh that they're so fixated on you, live your life for you, not someone else

Sorry no not a group chat, I meant a group of girls from my old school.
They have other social media which is private but the fb is public.
I have no idea what's on other accounts but what I can see is bad enough.
I just can't believe how many people think it's so funny.

They took photo of you at school and are now uploading them to Facebook and others are joining in with unsavoury comments about your appearance or your behaviour or both?

Seems very odd to carry it in now that you've all left school.
