Films themselves driving

Has anyone reported another, how, and what was the outcome?

Basically, me neighbour films themselves driving. Sometimes it's the speed they're doing (in their super fast car 🙄), sometimes it's random things, but all whilst they're driving.

I've just come across it, as was recommending their business, and their social media page come up (normally I give the website/phone no, didn't know they had social media).

Reporting them is going to have serious consequences though, but needs to be done doesn't it

I presume they have a phone attachment in their car rather than holding the phone in their hand. In which case there is nothing to report.

That's a big assumption. What are you basing that on?

I wouldn't be making a thread, if it was a dashcam or any other mounted cam.

Unless of course, holders are so integrative nowadays, that it can swing from looking at the road via the windscreen, to close up of the speedo, to out the drivers side window...

Minimum information that is provided in the original post and personal experience of 3 family cars fitted with a holder operated via bluetooth and voice control. I have nothing else to go on since the poster didn't explicitly describe how the phone was used till after I commented. Hence I said "I presume" rather than speak with complete authority.

Report it to who though? Can't imagine the police being all that interested, unless there's been an accident.

Yes I would report it. How will "YOU" feel when you hear next week that he has crashed his souped up car whilst "showing off" and killed a schoolparty? YOU could have prevented it.
