Third party is not being truthful.

I don’t know what to do. I was in a collision a year ago where a vehicle cut me up. I was oncoming and he was coming the opposite direction and then proceeded to turn into my path to enter a drive way. The solicitors have sent some form and the third party has completely lied. They have said I was behind them and didn’t break when they correctly proceeded to turn left. They have also lied about the location of the accident and where they were turning. I’m really worried about this as it’s due to go to court. The police attended so can confirm the location if that’s possible.

The police will confirm the location but surely the damage to the cars will also indicate which direction people were travelling in. You've got nothing to worry about, just be honest and tell them what happened.

Thank you. That’s right. The damage on my vehicle would have been in a different place if I’d have been behind him. They have photos of all the damage

Just stressed as it’s been going on for quite some time now.

It will take a long time to sort out due to our shit legal system.

You’ll be fine. The truth will come out and people will look stupid If they’ve lied

I know it will be stressful as it is happening to you, but this is very normal. Have you done a statement for the solicitors yet?
