Stopped smoking and I cannot stop eating. Today has consisted of:
cashew nuts
friend egg barm
bacon & egg on toast
skittles
pumpkin spiced frappucino
krispy Kreme donut
monster munch
hula hoops
squres crisps
It’s only day 2 and it’s been a HUGE struggle today. I’ve done a healthy meal plan for the week and ordered online shopping. But I don’t know how I am going to curb the hunger.
weight gain has led to me relapsing before because I’d rather smoke than put on weight 🤦🏻♀️
Any tips to manage cravings / not eat everything in sight gratefully received
