I've heard they work.......aibu doubting them?
I've just bought the Wisdom ones to try and wondering if it's worth it. Has anyone tried them?

Haven't tried anything yet and am considering getting them professionally whitened, but would love to know if the strips work for you as may consider this option first.

I use the crest 3d white strips from America, buy them off a website in uk though. They work really well and I just top them up each year

Teeth whitening strips don't have hydrogen peroxide in them to lighten the teeth.

Only dentists can provide successful hydrogen peroxide syringes to whiten the teeth.

Most products only remove surface stains.

Crest strips, ordered from Amazon USA.

Crest 3D worked really well for me, really noticeable difference for not a lot of effort.

Bought mine from ukteethwhitening.com

Just bought the Wisdom ones in early August. My teeth looked really white and shiny immediately after removing each strip, but within an hour or two that had faded back to their usual dull shade. God knows what they're doing to my teeth but they're not making them whiter in the long run so total waste of money IMO.

Even the Crest strips from the USA, often touted as the best thing ever, didn't give me results. IDK what is wrong with my teeth, none of the at-home whiteners seem effective.

I've had mine professionally whitened before but it hurt a lot. I was hoping these might be a bit more gentle. Looks like I should have tried the crest ones instead.

Yes they work, no they're not gentle.

Crest strips are illegal to sell in the U.K. and all of Europe as they have too high a concentration of hydrogen peroxide. So any seller selling them is knowingly breaking the law and not obtaining them via legitimate channels.

Hence there is a high rate of counterfeit and out of date strips doing the rounds.

Any whitening strips you can legally buy in the U.K. will not have sufficient concentration of anything to whiten teeth.

It's up to you as to whether you want to trust someone who is knowingly breaking the law to provide something safe enough to put inside your body.
