… eat salmon that’s one day out of date? Just finishing making salmon fish cakes and noticed that the use by date was yesterday. They smell alright … and I’m hungry… AIBU - don’t eat. AINBU - eat!

One day out? I’d 100% eat them. Good doesn’t magically go off as the clock strikes midnight. Enjoy :)

Fish is not shy at telling you when it's going bad (shellfish can sometimes be more sneaky...)
