To ask for snack ideas

Teenage dd is not really eating much at school but will eat things out of packets such as cereal bars and crisps. Need ideas of relatively healthy things. She eats lentil crisps which I see as fairly healthy with a bit of protein. Please give me some other ideas. I know how to make other healthy stuff like wraps, warm lunches, salads etc but she’s just not eating much at school so I think it needs to be fast kind of food options. She won’t go to canteen. I don’t think she has an eating disorder, she’s just being a bit tricky at the moment.

She does eat healthily at breakfast and dinner by the way.

My daughter is similar. We keep hard boiled eggs, packs of snack peppers, baby cucumbers and humous in the fridge for when she gets home.

She likes to cook so also keep ingredients for stir fries and similar in the fridge so she can make herself that when she gets in if she wants.

Bonus is that she always makes loads so I can eat it too 😉

Oh also packs of diced chicken so she doesn't have to faff with cutting up chicken too.

It's done a lot to curb her wanting to eat crap like cereal bars and super noodles!

I think the answer would be no, but would she eat a pre packaged salad?
What about the packets of cooked, flavored, chicken? Or, the more processed ready to eat chicken popcorn bags?
The mini bags of dried fruit (or nuts or trail mix if allowed).
Individual malt loaves?
Yoghurt in tubes?

Is she embarrassed because her friends are eating a packet on monster munch and she's having home made stuff?

One of mine would take things in a paper bag so it didn't look so homemade. Like she'd got a flapjack in the bakery on the way to school.
