Would I be unreasonable to make a complaint to the Local Authority (Scotland) where registered about a LL.
I have had loads of issues with his Tenant since moving in 5yrs ago. Sometimes it’s small things but it’s been constant and if I’m honest it has effected my Mental Health significantly.
I have spoken with LL previously but he is very laid back and in my opinion hasn’t dealt with his Tenant appropriately as the harassment still continues, anti social behaviour with Local Authority basically forced him to speak to Tenant.
I feel stupid as it’s not noise etc it constant harassment from neighbour and family. Police have also warned them.
If I make an official complaint does anyone know or experienced the procedure.
