Being spoken down to and patronised at work

How do you grin and tolerate it. I'm part of a group of second tier support and always spoken to with respect by our line manager. Unfortunately our new manager thinks we are the enemy and need strong arm managing and controlling to the tenth degree.

How do you put up with the indignity

I think just very clearly say it! Ask for a meeting and say "I feel I am being spoken down to and it's affecting my wellbeing. Is it possible to change the way you speak please". And record the conversation!
