Can't work out if DD's eye is swollen?

Hi everyone sorry for posting in AIBU but I'm in Portugal with DD and I think her eye is red/a little swollen and wondering if anyone can give me their opinion.

Really hard to get a photo as she's being very wriggly!

Bottom or top lid?
Difficult to tell without being able to compare the 2 eyes.
Bottom lid on the first phone maybe looks a little pink.
Is it bothering her?

Could you try an eye wash? If there’s something in her eye it could be too small to really bother her but big enough to cause irritation?
