To Think Our Postman Only Comes When He Feels Like It

We live in an entirely unremarkable street near the centre of Brighton, neither very long nor terribly short. It’s a sort of cul de sac.

Our postman seems very nice, cheerful etc. but I can’t help but feel he only delivers the post when he feels like it. We are a three person household with a teen daughter who orders a lot of stuff from Vinted and EBay but some days there’s no post for three days in a row, which - in these days of endless junk mail - I find a bit suspicious. Also there are certain days of the week the postie doesn’t seem that keen on. We once didn’t have any Saturday post for a month.
Now I know postal workers are overworked at the moment and I am sympathetic about this but obviously there are people waiting for deliveries they desperately need (passports or documentation etc.)
Should I complain or just suck it up?

Our postman only comes when he has moments of anger and feels the need to shred a package marked Do Not Bend through our letterbox.
