To think they all had Covid?

So DH and I just tested positive for Covid.
But last week the household had a D&V bug, which it's seems the current strain can present as... week went like this...
Tuesday morning - DS5 sick multiple times felt off and hot all day. Off school 48hrs

Wed morning...DS8 and DH has D&V plus temp - off school/work 48 hrs

Thursday night- DS3 temperature all night no sickness

Friday- me D but no V although I felt sick.

Saturday- kids all seems fine I get sore throat tested negative

Sunday - DH cold and flu symptoms

Monday (today) DH tests before work positive, prompting me to test- positive
, tested DS3 very faint positive, others at school.

So I get no one knows but do you think it's more likely they all had Covid and therefore are not at risk of getting it from DH and I or is it more likely that it's a coincidence and rhe D&V are not related to the cold symptoms- I just want to know how strict to be in terms of trying not to spread as we have a long planned Lego land trip this weekend!!

It's been a horrible week and my brain is scrambled! I can test the school age DS later?

I’d be as careful as you reasonably can be. Those who have it wear masks around those who don’t, lots of hand washing, keep a distance where practicable.

And obviously don’t go to Legoland if everyone isn’t testing negative by then.

Yes probably. Just treat it like a cold now. Stay away from vulnerable. Practice good hygiene

For context DS8 and I have def had Covid twice before and have the mildest symptoms I feel like a very mild cold if that.

DH never tested positive before and has bad cold and cough plus the D&V so in that sense it makes sense...
