I presume you can withdraw their money as you wish? There’s no information that I can see about this? If you can withdraw it back to your bank account, isn’t that a round about way of having two lots of savings per person, how do they know it’s for the dc and the winnings would go to dc? That’s what makes me think you can’t withdraw until they are 18 and can do it for themselves?
