BrioLover · 11/09/2023 11:12

£16.50 per child (no sibling discount) from 3:15-6pm. They do get a decent snack and lots of lovely activities.

Fishandchipsatthebeach · 11/09/2023 11:13

£5 for 3.30-4.30
£10 for 4.30 - 6pm (includes supper)

Tarantella6 · 11/09/2023 11:14

£14.50 for 3.15 - 6pm. Includes a snack which is usually toast/waffles and fruit. They do take tax free childcare but it is still eye watering for 2 dc. They use the school playground/hall and sports equipment to keep dc entertained.

Iloveburgerswaymorethanishould · 11/09/2023 11:14

Mine is £3 for breakfast club which is 7:45 till 9 and after school is £3:50 and that’s 3:15-5pm

cocksstrideintheevening · 11/09/2023 11:14

£15 1500-1800

Breakfast club is £5 715-815

mindutopia · 11/09/2023 11:14

£9.70 which includes a snack runs 3:30-6pm.

ZeroFucksGivenToday · 11/09/2023 11:15

It's either £4 for 3:30 - 4:30 but no meal
or £7 from 3:30 through to 5:45 but also includes a cold meal (sandwich, crisps, salad and a small pudding).

Ostryga · 11/09/2023 11:16

15:15-17:45 is £8 including a light meal (sandwich, beans on toast etc)

ginderella85 · 11/09/2023 11:16

Blueyhasstolenmylife · 11/09/2023 08:42

@ginderella85 haha me to end up paying for 3.30 - 6.

They close at 5, which is stupid as we are a remote village and I would say the average parent works until 5?! Honestly I sneak out of work at 3
30 now when all the students have gone so I'm back before I'm stuck in traffic stressing lol

StEtienne93 · 11/09/2023 11:21

Breakfast club is 7.45-8.45 and costs £3.15
After school club is £7 (3.20-5pm) or £10 until 6pm

UpToonGirl · 11/09/2023 11:27

North East

Until 4.30 £5
Until 5.30 £10

Snacks but no meals. I wish they were open later, very difficult to get from city centre where most people work in time for last pick up.

Whattodo112222 · 11/09/2023 11:28

Breakfast club 11
Asc is 13

shakeitoffsis · 11/09/2023 11:30

£4 3.15-6pm

Didimum · 11/09/2023 11:34

Blueyhasstolenmylife · 11/09/2023 08:47

I pay 33.00 for 2 kids 3.30 - 6.
wonder if diff locations differ.
I was surprised my old school friend is paying 5.00 😩🙈

It often depends if it's being run by the school or an external company. We moved school earlier this year – our first school was £8 3:15-6pm, run by the school, our new school is £14.50 3:15-6pm, run by external company – both schools in same county

FreestyleInTrance · 11/09/2023 11:39

£8.40 for 3:25 - 5:45, including a snack.
(In the South West)

TheGirlWhoLived · 11/09/2023 11:40

10.50 here in nice bit of midlands, 3:15-6 you can pick up by 4:30 for 7.50

DrFosterWentToGloucester23 · 11/09/2023 11:48

Breakfast club - £7 (7.30am -school start)
After school club - £12 (3.30-6pm inc sandwiches/fruit/yoghurt)
Both on the same day - £18

East Midlands

Upandonward · 11/09/2023 12:00

Some of these are so cheap. I want to go back to work but the only
childcare club that serves our school is extortionate -

Breakfast £7.15
AFC £19.85 (1-4 days), £18.74 (5 days).
Until 3.15 to 6.15pm, with meal

So, almost £130 per week 😤

South East (not London)

CrestonGate · 11/09/2023 12:17

Breakfast club from 7.30am until school starts £5.30
After school until 6pm £12.50 and includes snack
Yorkshire

Thegoldgrind · 11/09/2023 12:23

£9.70 for 15.15-18.00 (Scotland)

trying29 · 11/09/2023 12:23

£14 3.10-6pm with a hot meal

mogtheexcellent · 11/09/2023 12:50

Breakfast 7.30am to school start £6.25
After school club til 6.30pm (usually collect at 5.30) £14.25

If you add lunch costs its £25 a day for DD to attend school. Its a struggle but we are at the bottom end of the squeezed middle in terms of pay so no financial support. Plus its a lot cheaper than the £80 per day I was paying for nursery (I earnt 70 per day at the time) before the free hours kicked in.

I keep a spreadsheet of all childcare costs and have done since she was 8 months old. At the end of year 6 when childcare ends I'm going to add them all up.

And probably collapse screaming.

JasperTheDoll · 11/09/2023 13:27

£5.50 for breakfast club from 07:30 till 09:00 then £11 for after-school club from 15:30 till 17:30 (it is open till 6 though) and they get a hot meal.

Avariceagain · 11/09/2023 13:56

After school is £16 3.30- 6 including light meal. External provider. South East. Breakfast club 7.30 - 8.50 is £10 including cereal. Cheaper than nursery and we use tax free childcare but still a significant monthly amount!

TheYearOfSmallThings · 11/09/2023 16:35

I keep a spreadsheet of all childcare costs and have done since she was 8 months old. At the end of year 6 when childcare ends I'm going to add them all up.

I am never ever going to do this - I prefer to just keep topping up Parent pay and pretend I never had that money.
