I've been so good all week with not over eating. After a particularly busy & stressful week I bought 2 filled doughnuts today, one each for dh & I. I have just eaten both in Tesco car park before I even set off for home!
Luckily he doesn't know, but I don't feel good now feel guilty & fat. But they tasted so good.
How do you cope without emotional over eating..
