Blood results

I downloaded the NHS app and over a cuppa I delved into it this afternoon.

All my blood test results for the past few years seem to show I have anaemia (low red blood cells, low heamatocrit and high mean cell haemoglobin level) , which would fit with my lack of energy and complexion. BUT my GP has never flagged this, even the one test after the birth of my child was flagged as needing attention but no one has ever raised it with me!

Ive ordered some SpaTone but (and here is my AIBU) should I consult my GP about it? More energy would be lovely please! But surely they would have flagged this at some point if it was an issue? Am I over reacting? None of the blood tests were specifically looking for anaemia.

Yes you should have a conversation starting with your symptoms of tiredness etc but then the curiosity about your results seem to indicate anaemia and could that be the reason why you feel so rubbish

I'm really worried but did havw a scan 6 nonths ago that came back clear as i had been having constant uti which has strangely stopped. I am worried its oc as i have all the symptoms! Has anyone else had this as I'm really panicking that I'm not going to see my children grow up! Yes got myself in a right state!

They tend to go by Hb for anaemia. Other numbers can be in the toilet before they act. Make sure you drink OJ when you take the spatone.
I have regular blood transfusions and iron infusions but only when my Hb drops.
