Actually hot today. Want to chill out in garden but haven't got swimming stuff to hand. Would I get done for indecency for sunbathing in undies in the garden (navy blue briefs - not thong)

tbh I find it a bit un-classy when people sunbathe in parks in underwear, but not my business - they are covered.

You can sunbathe naked perfectly legally, so I don't think anyone will get too worked up about you doing it in your underwear.

It's not against the law and it's only 'indecent' if there is intent to cause outrage/ offence, which there obviously isn't. You could perfectly legally be completely unclothed in your garden if you wanted to, as long as you had no intention to offend.

Go for it. I've sunbathed in underwear before. It's perfectly fine
