Replacement upvc windows

Hi, I'm due to have 2 windows replaced in my house soon, just waiting for the glazing company to contact me when they're ready and sort out a date for fitting. Planning permission not needed as it's a normal mid terraced house (not listed area) and the new windows are the same colour, size and style that are already in situ when we bought the house. The existing ones we're replacing are old (probably early 90's) and the mechanism on the tilt & turn on one has jammed the window shut so we're replacing both with modern equivalents & hopefully more energy efficient.
The company have said that the job will only take a morning to do, they'll have 2 fitters working, one in each room. Is it necessary to inform neighbours? Most will be at work anyway.

No, I had mine done recently. Its not noisy or disruptive to neighbor's.

I don't think so.

Three doors down frome are having an extension which involves several work vans which park iny space as soon as I have the audacity to vacate the spot for more than three seconds. They didn't inform anyone else, so I wouldn't worry about a couple of windows!

no need.
it's a quick job.
might have thumping noises getting the old windows out and then some drilling for the new ones.
but nothing too loud for only a short time.
