Contraceptive injection

I took the contraceptive injection Depo provera for 5+ years, which also stopped my periods.

I last had an injection in January this year, and have come off it. However my periods have not returned in those 9 months. Aibu to be worried or is this normal post Depo? Now I’m worried about early menopause etc

It's common, I think. Can take a year or more.

Very normal. Took me over a year for my periods to return after coming off Depo. Try not to stress!
