What are these

Bites from? I'm not even sure you can identify what kind of bug is biting me but it is driving me mad and one in particular is so painful it feels bruised and is rock solid, the surrounding skin is just hard. I have never reacted like this to a bite. Anyone experiencing/experienced similar? I can attach a photo

I'm youngish but have got horrible varicose veins, they're coming back again within a year of having them 'done' and they're a mess I'd swap you for!

this is not a bite, this is your skin allergic to something, i would say you got a sensitive skin.. try consulting a doctor to find out with are you alergic to
