Is it worth making a complaint about nhs services?

I was wondering if it's worth complaining about mental health services?

I've had an issue with one type of drug being told it's safe for me despite another professional saying it's not safe - I went hyper manic. I now don't feel safe to work with that department (I'm pregnant) as they have listened to my pass medical history.

Is it worth making a complaint?

You can complain but don’t expect much

It depends what you want to achieve with the complaint. Do you feel you were not listened to or has someone made a technical error?

It sounds like you want to understand the rationale behind the difference in opinion in prescribing strategies.
It’s worth saying nothing is ever 100% safe, but a risk/benefit decision.
You can just ask why there is a difference in opinion and the reasoning behind it.
