Thread about slow cookers has been deleted

What on earth was so wrong/offensive about a cookery thread???

Maybe MN were hungry and couldn't wait for the slow cooking process.

There were some really useful tips. No one fell out and there were no swear words!

There wasn't any issue with the thread per se, but the poster has previously been banned form the site - as it says in the deletion message.
