I was at a party at the weekend. It was a good do, I chatted with lots of people.
Afterwards I got a message from a man thanking me for a lovely chat and sending a photo of him and the dog that was the reason he'd had to leave early.
We'd chatted for a few minutes, it was pleasant enough, but I hadn't read anything special into it. The message was a surprise but not entirely unwelcome, although I'm not a dog person so it was a bit wasted on me.
Anyway I saw a friend yesterday who showed me the sweet message she'd recieved from a man she'd chatted to at the party.....identical. Cheeky bastard.
I wonder how many people he sent it to and whether he also sent thanks to any men he chatted with 🤣
